We are happy to accept patients who live in the postcode areas G34 and parts of G33 which are G33 3, G33 4 and G33 5. If you move house, let us know immediately. If you move house outside the postcode areas above, we will be unable to keep you on our list if we cannot continue to provide our standard of service to you.
A receptionist will give you a registration form and will book you an appointment with the health care assistant to go over the form, check your identity information, check if you require repeat prescriptions and previous GP contact details and inform you of our online repeat prescribing information and online booking of appointments and a few medical questions.
If you prefer a particular type of doctor e.g. female for a female patient and vice versa we will note this and do our best to respect your choice. However not all the doctors in the practice provide all services and specific doctors may not be immediately available.
Proof identity will be required e.g. utility bill e.g electric or gas bill and photo identification e.g. drivers license or passport.
