PLEASE NOMINATE A PHARMACY TO COLLECT YOUR PRESCRIPTION
ONLINE REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
You can order your REPEAT prescription online, please ask at the reception desk for an access code. Online prescriptions are done throughout the day and are available to collect next working day after 10am. items not on repeat can not be ordered through the online system.
These can be requested from reception between 08:30 and 18:00. You should hand in your repeat prescription request or post it with a stamped addressed envelope included.
You may also phone the repeat prescription line and request a repeat prescription at any time
Telephone requests for repeat prescriptions:
Please allow 48 working hours for us to process the request and wherever possible, collect your own prescription. This is compulsory for some medicines. Prescriptions should be collected after 3.30pm. PLEASE DO NOT PHONE THE SURGERY TO CHECK THAT YOUR PRESCRIPTION IS READY.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
